I took several expensive watches to Harry, the owner, and from the moment I arrived, he was incredibly professional and courteous, thoroughly explaining the entire process. When I left my watches with him, he replaced the batteries with original high-quality OEM ones, all done with impeccable precision. Not a scratch or dent in sight! Had my watched repaired and glass replaced on my eko watch which stopped working a few years back. One of my favourite watches I ever owned. I was so happy when gdgwatches owner Harry was able to fix my watche and replace the glass which had multiple scratches on it. The watch is back to life and was a gift from my wife which I am incredibly happy it’s back working on my wrist. Highly recommend gdgwatch, very professional and Harry the owner is so kind and takes him time to explain what he does to fix the watch. Harry fixed my Rado watch that was almost impossible to fix. It’s a ceramic strap that he replaced and it is really complicated. I am so happy he was able to rescue my watch. He is fair priced and has a great collection of watches in his shop. I 100% recommend him.

Excellent watches at affordable prices!! And the customer service is second to NONE at this price point! My job occasionally puts me in tough conditions and tight spots, and I have had to send a watch in for repair twice due to my own complacency. Twice I have forgotten to take my watch off while working and cracked the crystal. Both times, I’ve sent the watch in for repair and admitted my fault for the damage, and both times they have repaired it free of charge and even included a extra band or something to go with the watch. The second time, Harry reached out to me and informed me that the crystal fractures scratched the dial face and that they couldn’t 100% clean every shard out of the bezel, so he sent me a completely new watch head. They really go above and beyond, with service that you wouldn’t expect until you’re spending significantly more money on high end watches. Communication is always clear and concise. Shipping is typically very fast! I will definitely shop with GDG watches for my next time piece!

This is an absolutely wonderful business with even better people behind it. I came to them with a battery replacement and with a sentimental watch that another shop had told me was a goner. Not only did GDG tell me they could fix it, they made it very affordable and were done the next day too. This is a business that makes time for its customers. These people will treat you like an old friend and your watches as if they were their own. Even after he had finished, the owner took time to walk me through why my watch had broken and how he'd fixed it. I can't recommend this place and the people behind it enough. I'd give them six stars if I could, but I can't, so instead I'd ask that you try them for yourself so that way, collectively, we can give them 10 stars.

I was referred to GDG because they were the last to still have some stock of Mathey-Tissot limited edition Type XX chronograph re-creation. They not only had the model that I wanted, but they also made a great job of delivering it promptly and added a complementary bracelet on top. I wish more shops were like GDG and took the care to make their customers happy.

Cassia is AWESOME to deal with! Very friendly and responds immediately to any question (via message window on website.) Now let's talk about the watches... Lot's of micro brand choices out there, but CDG's watches are all quality made with real movements at crazy prices. I'm probably going to get in trouble by the boss (wife) because their are quite a few watches on the CDG website I plan on ordering (already have my 1st on the way.) All the major watch forums out there have nothing but rave reviews.

If i could give 10 stars i would gladly give it. They deserve it. I had the best customer service from Harry Shnorhokian and his team. My sister purchased a watch from them and the delivery location was in Greece but UPS in Greece was asking her the extraordinar duty free amount of €234 euros pretty much the same as the price of the watch. We contacted the company and they were always willing to help us out with this situation. They got involved and they had they issue solved as my sister couldn't do anything on her behalf in Greece. They shipped us a new watch so we didn't have to wait for the whole process. A great customer service i believe is after the purchase, everyone provides a good customer service while shopping but are they willing to provide the same customer service after the purchase too? Well Harry Shnorhokian did and we are really grateful to him for being always with us. Thank you Harry. :)
