We offer complimentary bracelet resizing upon purchase.

3. Is shipping included under warranty?
We can help provide different options and pricing for shipping but cost of shipping is covered by the purchaser. 

4. Is my watch covered under warranty?
Each brand offers different warranty. Your warranty begins once you receive your watch. To check each brand’s warranty, please check our warranty page. 

5. Do you offer watch adjustments for watches purchased from another store?
Yes, for any inquiries, please email us at sales@gdgmed.com or fill out our service form. Our in-house watch repair technician will assess the case and provide you with a quote before working on your watch after your confirmation.
