These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are between you and Watches.com. (“Company”). In consideration of the right to access and use the websites located at the Universal Resource Locator Addresses Watches.com, (each, the “Site” or the “Website”), and receive the Products offered through the Website, you agree to the terms and conditions of use set forth in this Agreement and acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age. YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND THE PRODUCTS SOLD THEREON CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT AND INDICATES YOUR WILLINGNESS TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. This Agreement applies to the products currently offered by the Company and any products that the Company may choose to offer in the future (collectively, the “Products”). Watches.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions listed on this page at any time without notice.

All prices are listed in $US Dollars.

ORDERS

If your new item is not 100% to your satisfaction, you have 30 days from date of purchase to return it.* All special orders are eligible for store credit only. Orders paid for with store credit are not eligible for our 110% store credit return policy. For international returns, please be aware that any return shipping duties/taxes charged to Watches.com will be deducted from the refunded amount. †We are unable to accept any international returns from South Africa. Unfortunately SISU and Kloker purchases are final and not available for return.

Note: Per Casio's policy, G-Shock watches are not eligible for International Shipping. Any international order containing a G-Shock watch will unfortunately be cancelled and all monies refunded.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes or coupon codes cannot be combined with our "Make an Offer" feature or cart-level promotions. Discount codes are limited to one per order. Some coupon codes are valid for one-time use only. G-Shock and Casio watches are excluded from all discount codes.

We hope you understand that a new watch can only be returned if it has never been worn or used. It is impossible to wear a watch, even for a short time and not get it blemished in some way. Resized or modified watches with links removed will not be eligible for returns.

*Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for any watches we no longer carry on our site.

SIMPLE & EASY RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Ensure the watch has not been worn or sized. All returns must have the original, non-damaged packaging containing all original documents (instruction manuals, warranty cards, hangtags, spare links, plastic protectors, etc).

Step 2
A) Please sign-in to your account on Watches.com. Click on the Completed Orders link on the left hand side under My Account. Find the order containing the items you'd like to return. Click Return Item(s). Select the QTY to return, the Return Reason, and the Return Action requested. If needed, feel to add any notes in the Comments section. Lastly, click Submit Return Request.

Note: If you checked out as a guest, please create an account with the email used for your order and your order history will automatically be entered into your account.

Step 3

Return the item to us in the original packaging, with all manuals, warranty cards, and any other material that came with the watch (including spare links, protective plastic on watches, etc). All returns must be shipped to us in a crush resistant box with protective padding inside. Please do not return items in envelopes of any kind as these will not protect the item from damage during shipment. We recommend using standard postal service with trackable delivery confirmation. We encourage you to insure the return shipment to protect yourself against breakage or lost shipments. If returning an international order, please do not ship Fedex or UPS as they could charge Watches.com duties/taxes on the return. These charges would then be deducted from the value of the refund.

**Please allow up to 7 business days after Watches.com receives your return for your refund/store credit to be issued. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please ensure that you submit a return request and receive approval before you return your product**

MAKE AN OFFER
Coupon codes cannot be applied to Make an Offer submissions.

RETURN SHIPPING
Shipping charges for any non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment center within 20 minutes of the order being completed. You can cancel an order at no charge if we are notified within 15 minutes. Please call us at 925-820-4300 between 8am-5pm Pacific Standard Time for immediate assistance. A $10 restocking fee will be assessed if we are notified after the 15 minute window, but before the order ships. Emails will not guarantee your order will be cancelled as they are answered in the order they are received. Orders cannot be cancelled after they ship. Special orders cannot be cancelled as the funds have already been sent to the manufacturer to secure your watch.

PRICE GUARANTEE
Watches.com has a 10 day price guarantee. Should any item you purchase be reduced in price on Watches.com within 10 days of the purchase, Watches.com will provide a store credit for the price difference to be used on any future order.

If orders are received damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, Watches.com must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of delivery for the right for any return privileges.

SHIPPING

Most items ship within 1 business day from the point the order is received. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders if we aren't notified within 1 hour of the order being placed. In limited circumstances, we are able to cancel an order before it ships but there is a $10 fee. Watches.com's warehouse is closed on weekends and US Federal Holidays. Orders placed after 12:00pm will ship the next business day. UPS only delivers on non-holiday business days unless you select UPS Saturday Delivery at checkout on Fridays. Domestic USPS orders over $300 may be changed to UPS for more secure shipping. If an item is listed as having free shipping, this applies to domestic U.S. shipments over $99 and most international orders over $199. In the event we are out of stock and unable to obtain inventory, an email will be sent to the buyer conveying this information. Watches.com reserves the right to change the shipping method and shipper at any time as long as the length of shipment time in transit does not change significantly. Watches.com is not responsible for any items once it has left our premises. We are sorry but sales of Nixon Watches overseas is not permitted and Nixon watches do not carry any warranty outside the US.

Once items are shipped, liability is covered by the terms of the carrier. We will ship to the address specified by the customer. If you did not provide us with an accurate address, neither Watches.com, nor the shipping carrier can be held responsible for the loss of an item. Please double check your shipping address. Any shipping damage must be reported to Watches.com within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise it is ineligible for any insurance or refund claims.
